He is survived by: his wife Debbie Hooker; his son Coleby Hooker (Candice); his grandchildren, Kynslee Hooker, Truman Hooker, Taylor Hickman and Devin Hickman; his brothers, Lamar Hooker (Judy) and Randy Elder (Brenda); and his sisters-in-law, JoAnn Hooker and Suzanne Anderson. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
