He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Woodrow Clontz and Edna Gertrude Crowder; and his siblings, Telethia, Michael, Kermit, Kenneth and Lonnie.
He is survived by: his daughters, Tara Clontz of Soperton, GA and Marlana Sealy (Lee) of Cleveland, TN.; his grandchildren, Bryce Magwood, Kenley Magwood, Jason Sealy, Jasper Sealy, Kelby Magwood, Justin Sealy and Cheyenne Chamblee; his sister Nancy Cochran of Griffin, GA; and his close friend Becky Harris of Griffin, GA.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in Bill's name to Georgia First Bank in Soperton, Georgia.
