He was predeceased by: his parents, Ollie Thomasson and Mildred Thomasson; and his grandson Michael Towne. He is survived by: his wife Judith Thomasson; his children, Terry Thomasson (Jenny), Jerry Thomasson and Vickie Towne (Douglas); and his grandchildren, Dustin Lynn (Tami), Cara Neill (Jeff), Robert Towne (Haley), Kimberlee Lawson (Jordy), Terri Thomasson, Andrew Towne (Laura) and Katherine Moses (Braeden). He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Calendar Companion Funeral & Cremation Service - Ridge Chapel (2412 Georgetown Rd NW, Cleveland, TN 37311). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
