She is survived by: her husband Charles Howell, Jr.; her children, Toney Allen, Christopher Allen and Rochell Evans; her grandson Jermaine Allen; her sisters, Hattie Duggin and Katie Thomas; her nephew Greg Water; her sister-in-law Kathy Tate; and her friends, Sylvia Cook, Darlene Waters, Brenda Green and Flora Hooker. She is also survived by great grandchildren; great great grandchildren.
