He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Jack Sisk and Elneta Todd Sisk; his wife Janice A. Sisk; his son William Todd Sisk; and his brother Randy Sisk.
He is survived by: his son Clay Sisk (Becki); his grandchildren, Rantz, Reanna, Kinslee and Luke; his great grandchild Lilliana; and his siblings, Debbie DiFiore (Joe), Millie Vinson (Henry) and Richard Waters (Barbara).
