He is survived by: his wife Summer "Joni" Davis Caudill; his children, Lorelynn Fisher (Dolan), Autumn Oliver (Brandon), Tiffany Hoyle (Dean), Eric Caudill (Christy), Natalie Shakespeare and Samantha Jacobson (James); his sister Janetta Morgan; and his grandchildren, Brennan Oliver, Austin Oliver, Blake Tabor and Ben Thomas.
