She is survived by: her husband Ben Thomas Dowlen; her siblings, Susan Elizabeth Webster, Wanda Jackson and Davis Johnson; her children, Bridget Milam King, Ardyth Delane Milam, Sr. of Clarksville, TN, Clarence Enoch Milam of Clarksville, TN and Ben Thomas Dowlen, Jr. of Clarksville, TN; her siblings, Ethel Blackwell of Killeen, TX, Vealie Harrison of Clarksville, TN, Vanessa Hodge of Clarksville, TN, Lloyd R. Johnson of Clarksville, TN, Michael A. Johnson of Clarksville, TN, Jonathan D. Johnson of Clarksville, TN and Peter L; and her cousin Jared Poindexter. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Foston Funeral Home (816 Franklin St, Clarksville, TN 37040). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Liberty Church (613 E St, Clarksville, TN 37042).
