He is survived by: his nephew David Gambrell (Lara); his nieces, Krissy Henley (Casey) and Barbara Lynn King (Isaac); his sister-in-law Maggie Gambrell; and his grandchildren, Kayla, Danna, Makayla Nicholson and Miles Johnson.
