He was predeceased by: his grandparents, John Arthur, Willie Mae Norris, William Joe and Mae Emma Traylor; his parents, Joe Macon Sr. and Mary Frances Traylor; and his pet Gizmo.
He is survived by: his wife Geneva; his daughter Lacoda Morris (Kade); his granddaughter Rieley; his siblings, Joe (Jeanie), Larry (Donna), Jeff-Bo Traylor (Edy), Sandra Muzio (David) and Tina Huff (Joe); his aunts, Elaine Christian, Joan Lass and Frankie Mayes; and his pet Rocket. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and greats, a slew of cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home (1510 Madison St, Clarksville, TN 37040). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
