He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde DeHaven Leathem and Mildred Roberts; his wife Mae Waldon Leathem; and his daughter Linda Jo Leathem. He is survived by: his daughters, Donna Josleyn (Ron) and Alice McGarvey (Pat). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren.
