He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert James Miller and Muriel Dean Parmenter; and his brother Byron Miller. He is survived by: his wife Sterling T. Miller; his children, Rich Miller (Peggy), Sarah Maxwell, Reba Bonnie (Jerry), Carol Teller and Linda Niffenegger; his granddaughters, Lizeth Villegas, Gisela Samudio, Peggy Denise, Jordan Miller and Pamela Miller; and his great grandchildren, Hailey, Mya, Vincent, Sean, Anthony, Aaliyah and Raphael.
