He was predeceased by: his parents, William Watts and Margie Masse. He is survived by: his wife Santos; his sons, Richard K. Watts, Jr. (Ratte), Ronald J. Watts (Jena) and Edward S. Watts; his siblings, Donald Watts, David Watts, Billy Watts, Linda Austin and Lisa Brodeur; his grandchildren, Andrea, Ashley, Diago, Kurtis, Abbi, Keano, Noelani, Neveah and Julio; and his great grandchildren, Braedon and Adeline.
A graveside service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West (5817 Fort Campbell Blvd, Hopkinsville, KY 42240).
