He was predeceased by: his parents, Chris H. Seay and Bernice Hagwood Seay; and his brother Charles H. Seay. He is survived by: his siblings, Bobby Seay and Sue Lehman; and his nephews, William Lehman, Chris Seay and Billy Seay.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home (1510 Madison St, Clarksville, TN 37040). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
