It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Phyllis Ann Booth (Clarksville, Tennessee), who passed away on December 12, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Powell and Elma Gupton Powell of Fredonia, TN; her brother Paxton Powell; and her son Cale Booth. She is survived by: her husband Jimmy Booth; her sons, Chadwick Booth (Leslie) and Chris Booth (Brandy); and her grandchildren, Mason, Finley, Seth and Dylan Booth.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Sykes Funeral Home (424 Franklin St, Clarksville, TN 37040). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Hillcrest Baptist Church 380 Dover Road, Clarksville, TN 37042.
