He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Francis McWhorter and Mary Lometa Biter McWhorter; and his former wife Nancy Rexanne Sleigh McWhorter. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Hubbard McWhorter; his children, Chad McWhorter (Tiffany) and Charlsie Wiseman (Tarpon); his stepchildren, Debra Tschida (Mark), Linda Hunt (Jeff), Scott Hubbard and Tim Hubbard (Amy); his sister Debbie McWhorter Smith; his grandchildren, Rex Wiseman, Russ Wiseman, Grace Anne McWhorter and Seamus McWhorter; his uncle Denzil Biter (Linda); his aunts, Elaine Biter Smith and Peggy Biter Lock; his niece Claire Smith (Ryan Greanias); and his nephew Bradley Smith. He is also survived by several step-grandchildren and great grandchildren.
