She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob R. Foust and Alice W. Foust. She is survived by: her husband Willie Williams; her children, Tracey W. Bartula and William Shane Williams; and her sister Eleanor Jarratt. She is also survived by five grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Sunday, May 4th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Bethlehem United Methodist Church (1324 Gholson Rd, Clarksville, TN 37043).
