He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Allen and Lucy Smith Hays; his son Randy Hays; and his sister Jane Peterson. He is survived by: his children, Callen Hays (Lauren) of Arlington, Tennessee and Cissy Bland (Eddy) of Clarksville; and his brother Jesse Hays of Florida. He is also survived by six grandchildren and one great grandchild.
