She was predeceased by: her brothers, Jack and Joe Paisley. She is survived by: her husband Don McIntosh; her children, Chris Smith, Angie Sykes (Orville) and Donald McIntosh, Jr.; her brother Mort Paisley, Jr.; and her grandchildren, Nicholas Baldridge, Brandi Hendricks, Dustin Nall, Dillon Nall, Logan Sykes, Blake Sykes, Macon Sykes and David McIntosh. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Immaculate Conception Catholic Church.
