He was predeceased by: his brother Warrant Chaney; and also Arthur Fletcher Chaney. He is survived by: his parents, Hugh Franklin Chaney and Lillian Rose Nagle Chaney; his wife Mary M. Chaney; his children, Christina Clark (Jon) and Lon Chaney (Alyson); and his brother Lon Kenneth Chaney of Nevada.
