He was predeceased by: his father Louis Sharp; and his mother-in-law Frances Jernigan. He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Sharp; his children, Lucas Sharp (Erin), Trisha Sharp (Sean Green), Brooke Miles (Cody) and Brent King; his brothers, Louie Sharp and Les Sharp; his father-in-law Vernon A. Jernigan (Sonny); his siblings-in-law, Teresa Gaines (Charles) and Rafe Jernigan; and his grandchildren, Aidan, Cody, Sara, Alayna, Trace and Emily. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the American Heart Association.
