She was predeceased by: her husband Howard Hams; and her siblings, Carl Alton Powell, Peggy Revis (Van) and Mary Louise Collins (Joe). She is survived by: her children, Howard Brake Hams, Jr., Tony J. Hams (Ashley) and Theresa Mackens; her brother John E. Powell; and her grandchildren, Paige Mackens, Kaitlan Mackens, Cody Mackens, Gavin Hams, Ashton Hams and Easton Hams. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
