She was predeceased by: her brothers, John Willcox, Jerry Willcox, Geoffrey Willcox and Sammy Willcox. She is survived by: her husband Dr. Reginald Shaw Lowe, Jr.; her daughters, Dr. Jennifer Lowe Ellis and Janet Carson Haase; and her grandchildren, Sarah Ellis, Daniel Ellis, Will Haase, Alex Haase and Katie Syner (Cliff Syner IV).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the First Presbyterian Church (213 Main St, Clarksville, TN 37040). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials contributions may be made to the First Presbyterian Church Missions Committee.
