He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Douglas Bray and Nellie Bess Gibbs; his significant other Frances Bray; his son Sam Bray; and his siblings, Ronnie Bray, Bobby Bray, Charles Bray and Linda Lee.
He is survived by: his daughter Nellie Hanks (Victor Spring); and his grandchildren, Jasper Hanks (James Hinson), Sebastian Hanks, Danica Hanks, Will Logan Bray and Tristan Bryant. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
