He was predeceased by: his wife Virginia Sinks; and his siblings, Bessie Frances Russell, Susie Mae Sutton, Erma Jo Eads, Mary Lou Grimes, D. T. Sinks, Harold Ray Sinks and Samuel Thurman Sinks.
He is survived by: his daughter Connie Jackson (Ben Jackson); his grandsons, Benton Jackson (Vanna) and Bryant Jackson (Shelby); and his great grandchildren, Caylor Jackson, Vayla Jackson, Eloise Jackson and Eveline Jackson.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home (1209 Madison St, Clarksville, TN 37040). A celebration of life was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at the Ryes Chapel Cemetery.
