He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter B. Williams and Mary Ann Lemons; and his stepfather James C. Williams. He is survived by: his siblings, Walter L. Williams, Donna Youngquist (Bill) and Sharon Key (John). He is also survived by nieces and nephews and great nieces.
