She was predeceased by: her parents, David Rackley and Imogene Rackley (Counts); and her sister Paulette Borror. She is survived by: her husband James Edward "Jim" Watts; her sons, Brian Watts (Tonya) and Ken Watts (Carol); her siblings, Jeffrey Rackley (Donna) and Patty Sampley (Perry); and her grandchildren, Luke, Harrison and Sydney Watts.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Neal Tarpley Parchman Funeral Home (1510 Madison St, Clarksville, TN 37040). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
