He was predeceased by: his daughter Lisa Lombardo. He is survived by: his wife Stacy Sales Lombardo; his daughters, Nichole Lombardo (West Burgos) and Mandy Lombardo Ellison (David Ellison); his grandchildren, Noah Ellison, Hunter Nixon and Emma Rives; and his siblings, Nick Lombardo and Shari Hardina.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home (1209 Madison St, Clarksville, TN 37040). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West (5817 Fort Campbell Blvd, Hopkinsville, KY 42240). The military honors will be held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at the same location.
