He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Joseph and Fedora Kelley; his wife Juanita Kelley; and his sister Loni Strand. He is survived by: his children, Kristen Kelley and Brett Kelley; his granddaughter Rennison Kelley; his girlfriend Sandy Wells; and his caregiver Amber Dunbar.
