Donald Dayman Hammett Obituary

Donald "Don" Dayman Hammett, of Clarksville, TN, passed away on Friday, March 29, 2024, at the age of 79.

Don was born July 31, 1944, to the late Boyd and Eunice Hammett. He is also preceded in death by his brother, Robert Hammett.

Don is survived by his wife, Jan Hammett, daughter, Michelle (Omar) Kitmitto, brother, Gerald Hammett, sisters, Lois Kesler, Dianne Lee, Mary Ellen (Jimmy) Duncan, and Gail McGlothian, and grandson, Johnathan (Anna) Kitmitto.

A memorial service will be held at Neal Tarpley Parchman Funeral Home on Saturday, April 20, 2024, at 11:00 AM with Rev. John Nelson and Rev. Paul Bungar officiating. Visitation will take place on Saturday, April 20, 2024, from 10:00 AM until the hour of service at the funeral home. Mr. Hammet will receive full military honors.
