She is survived by: her children, Johnny Lee Duke and Amanda Diane Duke Akers (Brandon Ryan); the father of her children Walter Duke; her siblings, David Smart, Michael Davis, Jeannie Mason and Randi Vann; her grandchildren, Nicholas Buchanan Jr., Brian Buchanan, Michelle Duke and Dharma Duke; and her great grandchild Layton Duke.
