He was predeceased by: his parents, George Daniel Holt, Sr. and Sarah Frances Gambill Holt; and his siblings, Patsy Joyce Holt Knox and George Daniel Holt, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Melba Dean Rogers Holt; his children, Robert Miller (Indy), Tish Manning and Dannie G. Holt (Brittany); his grandchildren, Mary-Megan Wynea Turner (Steven), Chase Manning Miller, Anna Cristeen Miller, Jackson Ray Manning (Mallory), Jacob Holt Manning, Caroline Estelle Holt and Andrew George Holt; his sister Bonnie Holt Welch; and his pet Yogi. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at 4650 Old Ashland City Rd S, Clarksville, TN 37043.
