She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin "Carroll" Parker and Bettye Parker. She is survived by: her husband Marvin H. Phibbs; and her siblings, Paul Parker (Marilyn), Eileen Sands, Polly McMillan (Carey) and Susie Mohorn (Lewis). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home (1209 Madison St, Clarksville, TN 37040). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the same location.
