He was predeceased by: his father Clifford Lyons; his siblings, Terry Lyons, Scott Lyons and Sheila Roberts; his grandparents, Gus, Francis Rehberg, William and Virgie Lyons; his uncle Fred; his aunt Joyce Rehberg; and his cousins, Lance Rehberg and Lori Barnett.
He is survived by: his mother Hermina Lyons; his wife Victoria "Vikki" Lyons (Forry); his children, Mitchel (Hannah) and Rachel (Kirk); and his siblings, Vikki Wooley (Steve), Kelly Stone (Randy) and Troy Lyons (Cristy). He is also survived by extended family, and countless friends.
In lieu of flowers, Blake had requested before passing that donations be made to any local sports programs in his memory, keeping alive the idea of "leaving things better than you found them.".
