He was predeceased by: his siblings, Doyle, Dot and May. He is survived by: his children, Jackie Perry (Mark), William H. Scogin III (Laura) and Chris Scogin (Emily); his grandchildren, Dustin, Magan, Brandon, Gracie and Jake; and his siblings, Tom Scogin and Fay Canupp.
