She was predeceased by: her parents, J. T. Frazier and Helen Williams. She is survived by: her children, Fred Williams, Charles Smith, Ronald Smith (Sammie Grubbs), Bennetta Williams and Arnita Baskin. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, and 8 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home (1510 Madison St, Clarksville, TN 37040). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
