She was predeceased by: her son Robert A. Clark. She is survived by: her husband Alfred S. Clark; her daughter Debra Lee Blankenship (Gary); and her grandchildren, Jon Holden (Amanda), Stephanie Dean (Jeremy) and Krystle Holden. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
