She was predeceased by: her parents, Alton Glen Hogan and Sarah Hope Williams; her former husband Fred W. Mitchell Jr.; her husband Robert Gene Ott; and her brother William Robert Hogan.
She is survived by: her daughters, Joanne Askew (Dan) and Angela Beth Mitchell; her grandchildren, Walt Askew (Kaitlyn), Margaret Ladley (Ryne) and Hope Askew; and her great grandchild William Askew.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home (1510 Madison St, Clarksville, TN 37040). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
