He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Autry and Barbara Anderson Autry; and his brothers, Wayne Autry and Richard Autry. He is survived by: his wife Martha Autry of Clarksburg, Tennessee; his children, Marsha Eatmon (David) of Wilson, Michelle Brower (Mac) of Huntingdon, Tennessee, Dale Autry of Clarksburg and Terry Autry (Tonia) of Clarksburg, Tennessee; his sisters, Carol Rhodes (Danny) of Clarksburg, Sylvia Hodge (Richard) of Huntingdon and Kim Hampton (Ronald) of Clarksburg, Tennessee; and his grandchildren, Davy Eatmon, Melanie Strop, Craig Autry, Nikki Moore, Chase Cursey and Libby Autry. He is also survived by thirteen Great-Grandchildren.
