She was predeceased by: her father Charles Elmer; her husband Leon Lowe; her sons, Larry Lowe, Jerry Lowe and Jimmy Lowe; her grandson Brad Dean; and her siblings, Marie McKee, Eula Roberts and Rupert Cary.
She is survived by: her daughters, Janice Crocker of Huntingdon and Joan Dean (Wayne) of Huntingdon; her grandchildren, Tony Crocker, Tammy Hindman, Amy Sanders, Tina King, Jeff Lowe, Sherrie Hamilton, Dustin Dean, Junior Lowe, Teresa Krapp, Dennis Lowe, Kristie Lowe, Pam Lowe, Rhonda Kulick and Tracy Lowe; her nieces, Cheryl Webb (Johnny Webb) and Regina Taylor; and her nephew Mike McKee. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, step great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
