He was predeceased by: his sister Lucille Cooper; his niece Samantha Cooper; his nephew Dewayne Fitzgerald; his parents, Seril "Bud" Churchfield Fowler and Leona Orlene Norris (Hilliard); and his grandparents, McKinnley, Vadna Hilliard (Dollar) and Charlie Fowler.
He is survived by: his siblings, Jerry Fowler (Linda) and Joyce Young; and his nieces and nephews, Dwight Fitzgerald, Jeremy Fowler, Tiffany Fowler and Morgan Burgess (Keith).
