He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Gunter and Ruby Gunter. He is survived by: his wife Deloris Jackson Gunter; his children, Kelly Farley (Anthony), Casey Gunter (Mindy) and Lindsey Archer (Josh); his grandchildren, Cady, Sara and Mason Gunter; and his siblings, Larry Gunter (Teresa), Kay Stover (Foy), Jimmy Gunter (Felicia), Karen Lowe (Randall) and Joellen Byrd (Sam).

Brother: Wayne Gunter, In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Guntertown Cemetery.
