He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Farley and Francis Farley. He is survived by: the mother of his children Mandi Rainwater; his children, Michael River Farley, Lauren Taylor Farley and Hunter Joseph Farley; his brother Jerry Kelvin Farley; and his aunts, Julia Beaty and Temple Wilson.

He was preceded in death by: Parents: Jerry and Francis Farley, In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made toward funeral expenses.
