He was predeceased by: his parents, Aldon Phillips and Magdeline Phillips (Swallows). He is survived by: his wife Rosalie Phillips (Reagan); his children, Kevin Phillips, Chris Phillips (Amanda) and Donna Phillips Bridges (Jody); his stepchildren, Edna Wilson, Lee Wilson (Christy) and Susan Mabe (Jonathan); his grandchildren, Bailey Phillips, Lakyn Hawn (Zack), Sharissa Dye (Josh), Jacob Bridges and Ethan Bridges; his great grandchildren, Kimber Hawn and Shiloh Dye; his stepgrandson Dalton Wilson Numerous; and his brother Doyle Phillips (Trudy Ricky Phillips). He is also survived by son Numerous Step Grandchildren and Step Great-Grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in memory of Larry to go to the Midway Freewill Baptist Church Cemetery Fund.
