He was predeceased by: his wife Frances Farley. He is survived by: his sons, Jerry Kelvin Farley and Michael Lynn Farley; his grandchildren, River Farley, Taylor Farley, Hunter Farley and Kelsey Farley; and his siblings, Julia Beaty (Maryle), Temple Wilson (Billy Joe), Anthony Farley (Kelly) and Steven Farley (Keri). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
