He was predeceased by: his son Jack Anthony Neely; his parents, Jahugh Neely and Ethel Neely (Harvill); and his siblings, Jewel Bilbrey Ola Sisco and Robert Neely.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Neely (Boles); and his nephew Friends.
