Geneda was predeceased by: husband Herbert Asburn; daughter Debra Gail Craig; grandsons, Guary Wyatt, John Ashburn and Charles Craig; and parents, Horace Wattenbarger and Stella Wattenbarger.

Geneda is survived by: children, James Ashburn, Brenda Wyatt and Linda Jackson; grandchildren, Josh Jackson, Andrew Ashburn, Stuart Ashburn, Jimmy Wyatt, Becca Wyatt and Donald; and sisters, Delphia, Lois and Wanda A. Geneda is also survived by 6 Great-grandchildren & 1 Great-great grandson.
