She is survived by: her husband Frank Bibek of Clarkrange; her son Carl J Douglass (Diana) of Clarkrange; and her siblings, Eugene Tetreault of Webster, MA, Leona Brown and Denise Merchant of Chepachet, RI. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
