She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey Hamblin and Edna Hamblin; her husband Chester Edwin Partin; and her siblings, Buford Hamblin, Tyce Hamblin, Eula Collins (Doe) and Gertie Teague.
She is survived by: her sons, David Lay and Keith Lay; her grandchildren, Haley Lay and Ryan Lay; and her siblings, Phyllis Potter, Debbie Rice, James Doyle Hamblin of Clairfield, TN., Dewey Wayne Hamblin of Clairfield, TN., Carl Hamblin of Clairfield, TN. and Lynn Hamblin of Clairfield, TN.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
