He is survived by: his children, Rio Mayes (Jeff), Tammy Evans (David) and Lynn Spears; his grandchildren, Jessica Evans, Dustin Spears (Cailah), Brandi Honaker (Tim) and Austin Spears; his siblings, Bradley Spears and Louise Johnson (Dickie); and his nephew Scott Derrick. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren, extended family and friends.
