He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Winegar and Bettye Winegar (Ramey) of Church Hill; and his niece Tara Huff Carter. He is survived by: his wife Sue Winegar; his children, Brandon Winegar, Jason Winegar Chip (Michelle) and Jennifer Garland; his grandchildren, Paige Garland, Cannon, Jack, Miller, Amelia St Clair and Tommy Winegar; and his sisters, Jennie Carter (Wes), Mary Gordon (Ron) and Carla Christian (Randy). He is also survived by Several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
